Preserving and Framing of Wedding Bouquets

When booking and sending a bouquet to us we assume that you have read the terms and conditions of this service.

The customer acknowledges that the flowers will be darker when preserved, and will look as fresh as preserved flowers can look. If there are any changes after the framing has been chosen the customer will be charged accordingly. Framing changes will not be accepted by phone. Changes will be accepted only by email or fax. A deposit of $150 is required on booking your bouquet to be preserved and framed. This deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be subtracted from the quoted price. If no deposit is paid the flowers will be disposed of on arrival. The framed work must be paid for within 2 weeks of the bouquet being completed. The customer will be contacted as soon as work is completed, your bouquet will then be couriered back to you. We take all care with packing the framed work and no responsibility for the courier service.

Fresh Wedding Flowers and Hire Services

The customer understands that all attempts will be made to supply the items on our quote. The customer acknowledges that fresh flower seasons are unpredictable, and having an alternate plan is advised. The customer must also understand that all items except fresh flowers are a hire item only unless notified otherwise.

The customer must understand that Janelle Keogh’s Floral Designs do not supply or set up cutlery, crockery or serviettes.

In accepting our quote, you are also agreeing to the possibility of photos being taken of your wedding for use in our advertising. (This applies to all our services.)

The customer must understand that any hire goods that are damaged or go missing will be charged accordingly. A deposit must be paid on acceptance of the quote with a signature of agreeance of payments and conditions. Full payment must be made no later than four weeks before the wedding day.

We accept payment by cheque, money order, cash, direct deposit and credit card (plus a 3.44 % bank fee).
